WHO01/04

I work on the tracking as well as the campaigns.

Nghia, photographed head and shoulders against a plain background.

I am Nghia, a growth and performance marketer in Hanoi with three years across paid acquisition, SEO and attribution. Most of that has been in crypto and Web3, with a six month run in travel tech.

I keep ending up responsible for the measurement layer. At ARC I built the GA4 and UTM stack before I spent anything meaningful on ads. At Bigcoin I rebuilt the reporting chain while scaling the traffic it was measuring. At Joytime the audit was the job.

A campaign you cannot attribute is a campaign you cannot defend, andmarketing that cannot be defended gets cut first.

BEFORE02/04

Where the habit started

70,000

community members

The largest student community at my university, built and moderated from zero.

GAINEDFacebook GroupsOct 2019 to Oct 2023

I spent four years running the student community at the National Economics University in Hanoi, alongside a Marketing Management degree there. It grew to 70,000 members and taught me crisis communications faster than any job would have.

I also published research in the Vietnam Economic Journal in 2021, where the habit of checking a number before repeating it comes from.

NEXT04/04

What I am looking for

Full-time or remote roles in fintech, Web3, or B2B growth. Somewhere the numbers are taken seriously enough that being wrong about them matters.

I am most useful on accounts where paid and organic are reported separately and nobody trusts either set of figures.
